About us

Roboflorist is a premium floristry brand based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, providing floral arrangements and gift delivery services. Roboflorist Sdn Bhd is registered in Malaysia.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we will provide a confirmation including total cost, delivery details, and estimated delivery time.

Delivery

We offer delivery within designated service areas in Malaysia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather, traffic, and recipient availability. If delivery cannot be completed on the requested date, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Cancellations and refunds

• Orders may be cancelled or amended free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may not be possible as arrangements have been prepared.
• If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Product representation

Flowers are a natural product. We make every effort to match the arrangements shown on our website or in our promotional materials, but specific blooms, colours, or container styles may vary based on seasonal availability. We will always substitute with items of equal or greater value to maintain the overall look and quality of the arrangement.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Roboflorist Sdn Bhd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Roboflorist's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
